By using this website and/or purchasing a training course from Installer Academy (“we”, “our”, “the Company”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your access to and use of this site, as well as your participation in Installer Training Courses (“the Course”).

1. Website Use & Shopify Terms

This website is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell products and services to you.

By using this website, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current account, payment, and contact information.

  • Not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • Not interfere with the security or functionality of the website or its content.

2. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due prior to the start of the Course.

  • We accept credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, and other Shopify-supported payment methods.

  • Training will not begin unless full payment has been received or a payment plan is in good standing.

3. Refunds & Rescheduling

We understand that things happen. Our goal is to be fair while protecting our time and resources.

  • You may request a full refund up to 7 days before your scheduled class.

  • Within 7 days of the training date, no refunds will be issued, but you may reschedule your class once at no extra charge.

  • No-shows without communication may forfeit the ability to reschedule or receive a refund.

4. Certification Requirements

  • Certification is awarded based on course completion and skill demonstration.

  • Installer Academy reserves the right to withhold certification if course standards are not met.

  • Certification does not guarantee employment or client acquisition.

5. Intellectual Property

All training materials, videos, and techniques are the intellectual property of Installer Academy

  • You may not copy, record, redistribute, or resell any part of the training without written consent.

  • Violators may be subject to legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

By enrolling in the Course and/or using this website, you acknowledge and accept that Morales Autoworks is not liable for:

  • Personal injury or property damage occurring during training

  • Any financial or business outcomes based on the skills taught

  • Issues caused by third-party platforms like Shopify or payment processors

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information will not be sold or shared without consent.
